How to Use the Spot-Free DI Water Fill Stations
Follow this guide before purchasing water. Both Phoenix stations are available day or night for fast, self-service spot-free water fills.
Before you begin
Pull up to the available station.
If Station 1 is open, pull forward and use it first. If another detailer is already filling there, continue to Station 2.
Position your vehicle so the hose reaches your tank or container comfortably before starting the timer.
Use Station 1
Pull forward to the first station whenever it is available.
Continue to Station 2
Use the second station when another customer is at the first.
Step-by-step instructions
Fill your tank in eight simple steps.
Choose English or Spanish below. The station process and safety information are the same in both languages.
- 01
Turn the water switch on.
Make sure the station’s water switch is set to ON. This switch also serves as an emergency shutoff if needed.
- 02
Place the hose in your tank.
Insert the end of the hose securely into the tank or container you want to fill before beginning payment.
- 03
Open the ball valve.
Open the valve if it is not already open. The handle runs with the hose when open and across the hose when closed.
Open Closed - 04
Select your fill amount.
Use the payment terminal to choose the desired amount. Completing payment immediately starts the countdown timer.
- 05
Request a receipt if needed.
Select Get Receipt while the timer is still counting down, then scan the QR code shown on the terminal.
- 06
Close the valve if you fill early.
If your tank fills before the countdown ends, close the ball valve early to stop the water flow.
- 07
Return the hose neatly.
Be courteous to the next detailer. Wrap the hose back inside the station when your fill is complete.
- 08
Watch the guide if unsure.

- 02
