Rental department
Rental equipment agreement
Core rental responsibilities that apply when equipment is accepted, received, signed for, rented, leased, purchased, or used.
A signed rental agreement identifies the equipment, accessories, rental charge, pickup date, return date, and other transaction details. The customer should inspect the equipment and report visible damage, missing components, or operating concerns before use.
Liability and indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Pressure Equipment Sales LLC harmless from claims, actions, suits, proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney fees arising from equipment malfunction, misuse, failure, water leaks, flooding, fire damage, property damage, bodily injury, or death. This applies whether caused by the customer, the customer's employees or agents, or another person using the equipment.
Condition and warranties
All equipment is provided and accepted AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. PES makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, performance, or suitability. The customer acknowledges that the equipment has been inspected and accepted in its current condition.
Return date and fuel
Rental equipment must be returned by the date stated in the rental agreement, sales order, invoice, or other written agreement. Fuel levels must match the level recorded when the equipment was received. Additional fuel charges may apply when equipment is returned with less fuel.
Additional rental days
Failure to return equipment by the agreed date authorizes PES to charge the credit card on file for additional rental days until the equipment is returned.
Loss, theft, and damage
If equipment is lost, stolen, or not returned, the customer authorizes PES to charge the credit card on file for the full replacement value. The customer is responsible for loss, theft, damage, and repair costs while the equipment is in the customer's possession. Risk of loss remains with the customer from pickup until the equipment is returned to and accepted by PES.

Rental equipment may not be removed from the State of Arizona without prior written consent from PES. The customer remains responsible for the equipment and all transportation, operation, storage, and return costs while it is in the customer's possession.
Malfunction and repairs
The customer must stop using equipment that appears unsafe, damaged, or malfunctioning and promptly notify PES. The customer may not repair, modify, alter, or disassemble equipment without prior written authorization. Unauthorized work may result in additional charges and remains the customer's responsibility.
Cleaning and return condition
Equipment must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive dirt, mud, grease, chemicals, paint, concrete residue, debris, or other contamination that requires cleaning beyond normal maintenance.
