By  Receiving and or Signing for services, parts, or equipment, customer agrees to indemnify and hold Pressure Equipment Sales LLC harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities due to malfuntion, paint damage, water leaks, water flooding, or any property damage due to the result of  DI Tank failure, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with resulting from the use of leased, rented or purchased equipment.

 All or any high pressure hose repairs are sold “As Is” and not warrantied  [For Cold Water Use Only] By Signing customer agrees to indemnify and hold Pressure Equipment Sales LLC harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities due to malfuntion, water leaks, water flooding, or any property damage due to the result of  a hose, or hose repair failure, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with resulting from the use of leased or purchased equipment.

By Receiving  or Signing for Rental Equipment for purposes of use, and or for purchase or lease, customer agrees to indemnify and hold Pressure Equipment Sales LLC harmless from any and all claim, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities due to malfuntion, water leaks, water flooding, fire damage or any property damage due to the result of  equiment failure or MISUSE, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fee, lawsuits and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with resulting from the use of rented, purchased or leased equipment. Equipment is AS IS and it is to be returned upon agreed date on rental agreement, sales order or invoice. NOTE: ( ALL FUEL LEVELS NEED TO BE THE SAME WHEN RENTED EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED – ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR FUEL ). FAILURE TO RETURN RENTED EQUIPMENT WILL AUTHORIZE (PES) PRESSURE EQUIPMENT SALES TO USE AND CHARGE FILED CREDIT CARD FOR ANY EXTRA RENTAL DAYS, UNTIL EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED. IF EQUIMENT IS LOST OR STOLEN, CUSTOMER GIVES PES AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE FILED CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL VALUE OF  RENTED EQUIMENT. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT.

All payments due from Buyer, hereunder, shall be net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. There is a one (1) hour minimum charge. All labor is warranted for thirty (30) days. All equipment and parts sold by Pressure Equipment Sales LLC. (PES), including pressure washers, automatic cabinet parts washers, and waste water treatment systems, can only be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date, and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. All chemicals and electrical parts sales are final. All usage hours will cause additional depreciation of refund amount. All returns are subject to a Store Credit Only. A mechanics lien may be placed on equipment serviced to secure the amount of repairs hereto. It is understood that PES assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage by theft or fire to property placed with PES for storage, sale, or repair. Three (3) days after notification of work completion, storage fees of $50.00 per month will be charged. After thirty (30) days the equipment will be sold for repair and store fees. In the event that the Buyer defaults in payment, Seller shall be entitled to recover from Buyer all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in collecting any balance attributed to Buyer’s account.

Acceptance – The property described above has been recieved ,and after having examined the work performed and material(s) furnished, both the work and the material(s) have been found to be satisfactory.
